Training Style, Methodology

My training style is broad and very unique. I structure most workouts using an "old school" approach coupled with modern day principles. I am a huge advocate of functional fitness (fitness tailored toward specific activities). In short, I specializie in examining the area or activity in which one wishes to improve and designing regimens to accomplish those objectives. Whether it be basketball, football, track, bodybuilding or improved overall health.

My strength is in what I like to call "Educational Training" It is my firm belief that action without knowledge is worthless. Therfore, I don't just dictate the exercise one is to perform but I take pride in explaining the "how" and "why" to fitness training. My goal is to make certain individuals are self sufficient and capable of continuing their regimens with out the life long support of a trainer.
